Too many double standards and Lack of respect

Pros

Great benefits. Long Term employment. Decent pay. "Some" good people.

Cons

Management yells and curses at employees during meetings. They act like kids quick to pass blame but not solve the problems. If you are harassed, instead of fixing issue they move the harassed employee to another department. Ethics are lost in the company depending on who you are.
