      Pros

      The total compensation package is decent.

      Cons

      Technology is atrocious, from the "leadership" to the tech stack. CTO is absent sitting in his office planning skiing and golf on the weekends. Six figure engineers would rather manually perform all work than automate or adopt DevOps culture. Goals are set from the bottom up so there is no leadership support.

      Pros

      Good environment, some really great professional people, good salary and bonus.

      Cons

      "We're NOT Fidelity!" Well, yes you are. Policies, platforms, data centers - all Fidelity. Revolving door at the C-level, and all incoming are from Fidelity. Some have decided that leading through fear and intimidation is the way to go. HR has no say in the way employees are treated. If the C-Level doesn't like you, or they just want to move salaries from column A to column B, and you're in column A, you're screwed. Extremely manipulative. Some pretty underhanded goings-on there.

      Great culture - even remote. Opinions are valued and welcomed. Felt trusted and included from day one. Lots of opportunities to create and innovate.

      Cons

      Not a good place for insecure people - you need to be comfortable jumping right in.
