      1. Some really mentally abusive people here. 2. No direction from management. 3. Poor leadership principles. 4. Dog eat dog. Toxic culture. 5. Unclear vision. 6. Technology is extremely dated 7. On boarding process is non-existent. 8. Poor communication.

      Great compensation packages. Small organization comparable to AUM.

      Cons

      Major management turnover at top tiers over the recent few years from full executive management team to levels below, driven by past bad bets and management decisions. Stifled organization that is closely tied to Fidelity, which hampers their ability to innovate for their size. Low quality and outdated systems, and a cut-throat corporate culture. Comp packages can be golden handcuffs for those who last, or a carrot that never comes if you cannot navigate the ever changing management team.
