1. The management inside the spider team is wonderful. They are supportive and really engage and help everyone on the team. 2. Coworkers are great and helpful!

Cons

1. The pay for the spider team is VERY low, almost anywhere else makes more money. I have friends working in fast food that gets paid better. 2. Applied to come back, had some issues getting with the recruiter to eventually be ghosted entirely.

Good company could be better with pay

Pros

Coworkers are great and are very willing to assist you; my supervisors (Jr and Sr level) are all down to Earth and easy to communicate with; the work isn't very difficult due to my level of experience with it. They offer on-site training for SQL which is a nice bonus.

Cons

Having looked around at other companies GeoSol is on the low end of the pay scale for someone with my years of experience. I have over 10 years of experience in UI and UI modernization and other companies are paying $25-30k more for that type of experience.
