Pros

Strong salary with annual pay raises. Excellent benefits. Lots of different teams which fit many different personalities. Lots of new projects and customers. Steady revenue from governments.

Cons

Onboarding new customers makes it difficult to address tech. Risk of getting a stale skillset. Using outdated tech stack.

We're glad to hear that you value our various benefits and diverse team environment, all things we pride ourselves on. Continuous improvement is important to us and to address your comment about our "outdated' tech stack, it is important to note that we have been in the process of updating our code for quite some time. Unfortunately, there will be remnants of old code for a while due to the size of our systems, but it is something that we are actively working on. Thank you for sharing your experience and being apart of our team.

Thank you for your feedback. Regarding occasional overtime, we understand that it can be a challenge for some, however there are times when working extra hours becomes necessary to meet tight deadlines for high-priority projects. Especially due to the nature of our work, people rely on our systems to help them get back to work and we must deliver, which sometimes requires a little extra push. We continually look for ways to help our employees find a healthy work-life balance and minimize these situations as much as possible. We greatly appreciate the dedication and willingness of our employees to go the extra mile and it does not go unnoticed. Thanks again for your feedback and your contributions to our sucess!
