Pros

Hires older seasoned developers Hires to notch women developers Great Benefits Can work 100% Remote

Cons

All developers on call 24/7 Management measures the amount of overtime, as a review metric No comp time for periods of over-work for developers and business analysts. Any level of management calls developers and business analysts directly.

We appreciate your feedback and this will be passed along to the management team for review. Please note, the system has to be available 24/7 and the only time that developers are on call is if any of the systems go down to ensure that it is always available for users to apply for jobs or collect unemployment benefits. Thank you for taking the time to let us know your thoughts!

Pros

Remote Work Ok salary SQL Training

Cons

A lot of pressure for working test paths when there are errors in the test paths If you don’t respond within two minutes to a teams message expect to hear where are you or what are you doing (micromanagement) Some BA leads sound very condescending when speaking with you The amount of profanity used in some meetings is very unprofessional (main reason I left because I don’t like hearing that in professional environments) A couple of meetings turned to shouting matches Have to wait 90 days to earn PTO where other companies you get PTO from the start.

Thank you for your feedback. PTO does start accruing on the day you start. You cannot take it until you complete your probation. We encourage people to share this information with us before they decide to leave so that we can address, but we appreciate knowing. We are so sorry that this was your experience and will review with the leads accordingly.

Pros

There are some good people that work there, they have industry (Unemployment Insurance) experience.

Cons

The interview process took 3 months - 4 interviews and many many days without word of a decision. Poor communication- there is a 90 "training period" that they require you to work 8-5, even though I stated during the interview process that due to my child, I couldnt be there until 9am. Part of the compensation is a bonus, but they neglected to tell me (and drug their feet until my start date was past their 2/1 cutoff to receive the bonus. Pay was less than industry standard Poor documentation and training HR staff that did nothing about concerns
