      Pros

      - Works well with a college student's schedule because you only need to work in person 1-4 times a week for an hour at a time - It's good to know a lot about the subject matter but if not you could always ask the Graduate Teaching Assistant for help.

      Cons

      - Answering questions on Piazza is quite tedious, as you'll need to download all the students' files and parse through them, looking for bugs.

      No pay raises, even if you do work outside of your job scope. You'll be expected to work outside of your job description for free.
