The people below management who work at George Mason really want to be there and they support each other.
Cons
The leadership DOES not listen to our needs no matter how many times we explain it. We have been chronically understaffed and yet the expectations keep growing. There is very little understanding about this. Leadership is top/down and each college/organization only cares about itself. Additionally,there is very little upward mobility
