Pros
Like all the skills I gained that helped me to get a better job. I was hoping to do more that would allow me to advance in the department but they did not think the same thing.
Cons
Was meant to get tuition stipend while I worked on my Masters degree. But they decided to revoke the stipend and cut my hours. Was financially the worst thing to happen given I needed the money to pay for the school.
