      Not to thrilled by part-time employment during college.

      Pros

      Flexibility in being able to balance classes and work. There was some flexibility in what I was assigned to accomplish and how I was able to accomplish it.

      Cons

      - Graduate students were sometimes hard to deal with. - Some of the requirements for the project were not shared from the beginning, requiring major structural change to the project's code multiple times through the course of the project.

      Pros

      The students are seriously great! There is a large focus on professional development within University Life. There are many professionals that are looking to collaborate so you get to find ways to create new ideas and programs.

      Cons

      Poor recruitment and retention of talent. Some bad apples in the professional staff can make the experience poor. The innovation is tradition tag line can sometimes lead to implementing things too quickly before they're fully ready.
