Pros

It's friendly and welcoming. I have learned so much being being a teacher from my colleagues and my coordinators. My teaching skills has improved very much in the last 6 years.

Cons

I don't have benefits in my current job as a part-time adjunct professor. I would like to have benefits in the next job. I am not paid during the Summer.

Pros

Great place to be a young professional where opportunities are awarded to you that are not offered at other research institutions across the country.

Cons

Due to "innovation being tradition" and the young age of the school, there is no such thing as consistency or true tradition. Things are ever changing and processes are not set in stone; often leading to confusion on the job and inefficient work.
