      Pros

      Family friendly, team oriented, great people as supervisors. Really believe in professional development. Some of the best benefits available - exceptional leave policy and really try to accommodate working parents.

      Cons

      Fairfax campus is the place to be - PW campus is a nightmare. Management is really lacking even with new hires. Loved working in Fairfax and absolutely hated working in Prince William. Would never have left Mason but my position was moved to PW.
