      Pros

      Work life balances. Very conducive and friendly and cooperative atmosphere. The organization is growing rapidly with high degree of innovation.

      Cons

      I can't say rightaway if there's anything specific downsides. Since it's a public institution, there may be limited advancement and growth for someone who prefers aggressive, challenging environment.
