Pros

I remember when i joined 8 years ago sitting in a meeting to discuss a pitch for a fantastic brand, with some great minds around the table; as everyone joked laughed and brainstormed some fantastic ideas i thought to myself this is why i joined - it never happened like this in my old place. 8 years later still enjoy working on great client projects with some of the best people in the industry and having fun while we do it.

Cons

Perhaps I am tainted by having worked in a few companies previously that were very poor but I'm struggling to come up with any.

Pros

I've learned a lot at GPJ, but I've also been very grateful to be in a role and be able to work on accounts that allow me to grow. But the hours are flexible especially when it's not show season. I like the people I work with.

Cons

It's difficult to move up and be promoted. You don't make enough for the amount of time you put into the job. I know others who were stuck, unable to get on new accounts/projects and that was a big reason as to why they left.
