Pros

It's quite a large organisation, but it doesn't take much to shine. People appreciate what you do. Freelancers don't have to wait too long to be paid, so I'm not embarrassed to work for GPJ.

Cons

The clients aren't handled as well as they could be: We had to do more for less money. As there is no overtime, it doesn't cost more for GPJ for us to work harder.
