Pros
The people within the company are some of the best I've ever worked with. Some can be challenging, but most really work well together. The company continues to evolve with a highly volatile marketplace. It's really an exciting time to be a part of the company.
Cons
This environment may not be for everyone, as the nature of this business is very fast paced and can be quite reactionary. For those that are comfortable in that environment, it can be fun, but for others it may be overwhelming. When times get busy, communication seems to falter between business units and/or offices.
