Collaborative environment, get to travel often, company is always working on amazing project with cool companies. Wonderful to have in house fabrication.

Cons

Poor training and does not invest in updated platforms for employee efficiency. A bit of a dinosaur company, not really interested in trying new systems. Innovative with the events they plan, but not in the employee experience.
