      Pros

      Not one single thing. Dark offices like a closet. Weird management. Oh, it's right off the freeway. Some people are nice.

      Cons

      They'll use you up and toss you out. Company this large can't seem to break the work culture they're stuck in and the old timers just milk it for everything they can get from it. Not worth it.

      Pros

      Work on big projects but clients did not take a lot of creative risks so deliverables end up being fairly conservative

      Cons

      Management is slow to respond to employee needs. You feel like a replaceable cog in the wheel. I've never worked anywhere where "getting thrown under the bus" is heard is the halls and culturally practiced. Except at GPJ.

      Pros

      * A great company if you want to make money (if you are hourly that is). * They try to build employee morale with happy hour and free snacks * A good place to learn, grow and move on. * The summer is normally when it slows down, so that's a good thing.

      Cons

      * Long hours! I don't mind working long hours, but when you work from 7:00am-9:30pm 5 days a week and a HIGHLY chance of weekend work, it's ridiculous. * They treat their employees like work mules. * It's a revolving door with new employees in Austin, Auburn Hills, Boston and Nashville. * Expect to have your phone blow up with emails/phone calls 24/7. * Understaffed
