Fun and creative culture. Start up atmosphere in a corporate setting. New ideas and solutions are welcomed if you bring supporting evidence.

Cons

As in most corporate settings you have to bring a 100%. Bring work ethic, creativity, a willingness to learn, and know the value that you bring to the company. You have to set up meetings and negotiate salaries + benefits to reach your full earning potential within the company.

100 year old company with first mover advantage in experience marketing and long standing, lucrative accounts.

Cons

From the outside looking in this company might look like a great opportunity. Beware, it is not. Once inside, you'll see that it feels a more like a feudal system of lords and peasants, all struggling to survive with limited land and resources.

Family-owned company that has been in business for a long time, with loyal employees with long tenure. One of the best in the business for event and exhibit marketing with a strong and positive reputation in the industry.

Cons

Very inflexible and old school policies with regard to working from home, flex hours, remote workers which is not competitive to what other companies are offering employees.
