Benefit package recently changed for unlimited PTO and one month family time off. Additional holidays were also added. ESOP

Cons

Executive Management doesnt care about you. Turnover is crazy high over the last 5 years, especially over the last 2. It used to be employees stayed for decades. Pay is mediocre People are unhappy.
