      Pros

      The people are generally good to work with and the benefits are nice, if a bit overkill (I don't think I've used 60% of them).

      Cons

      I'm literally living paycheck to paycheck since wracking up $30k in debt from not being able to afford living in the city that I'm required to live in because of hybrid office terms.

      Unlimited PTO, Fun internal events

      Cons

      No Personal Life. Unlimited PTO is a perk but they look down on you for taking it. The training they provide doesn't prepare you for the actual experience. They throw you to the wolves....The mentors are just as confused as you. They set you up to fail. One mistake and they WILL judge. They straight up told me I wouldn't make it...I am happy I didn't listen, the problem was them.

      Executive leadership and managers are extremely tone deaf. They will work their employees all hours of the day and will take credit for their hard work without giving them recognition.
