Pros

Benefits are good. “FTO” is nice in theory if you can actually take it…

Cons

If you are not sitting at the management or exec table, you can pretty much count a decent living wage out. Seems like most managers got promoted immediately following the pandemic but the people who actually did the work saw zero reward... Never seen so many “valued” long term employees leave in such a short period of time. Management doesn’t seem to care or fight to make it right. Don’t waste your time... They are never going to pay you what you are worth no matter how hard you work to prove yourself. Unless of course you are hired as a VP or above, in that case I'm sure you'll do just fine.

Pros

Excellent peers. Talented people who're passionate about what they do work here. High-profile clients across industries. You'll work on interesting projects. Pockets of encouraging leadership. Great place to find your champions. Flexible schedules. Unlimited time off and one-month parental leave is progressive. Work here if you want to learn about top-notch event marketing soup to nuts.

Cons

Long hours. If you don't set work/life boundaries, they'll be crossed without mercy. The only way to grow your career here is to threaten to leave and get a promotion. Hard to transition to multi-client projects if you start on leading client accounts. Lack of diversity. It's an executive priority year over year that stays unaddressed. Excruciating politics. Highly unproductive. Completely unnecessary.

Pros

Some good people to make working there a little easier

Cons

Absolutely no guidance. No recognition. Overworked and underpaid employees. ZERO work life balance
