      Very Corporate, Long Hours

      Pros

      Most people get to work on large impactful projects and see the projects come to life from start to finish. Fast pace environment (for me a pro because I personally enjoy it) Challenges you to work with little direction for a big output. Big learning curves. Recently changed to FTO, unlimited vacation - with your own best judgement.

      Cons

      Generally low pay, working long hours closer to show time (10+hrs) working on site for (13+ hrs) down time hours are influx (6+hrs) Partially the reason for long hours is due to being extremely under staffed. Company asks current employees to compensate for needed hours.

      Pros

      I could go on forever about the amazing people and talent that make GPJ. The company consistently makes an effort to improve work life balance, culture, working conditions, looking to top employers as their guide: ESOP, 401K, health insurance, FTO, dog friendly. Strong mentor and manager relationships built through biweekly 1:1 meetings. Opportunities for growth and education are pleniful for individuals willing to raise their hand for the work and present ideas.

      Cons

      The biggest cons are procedures in place due to large accounts, outdated software and process due to growing pains, not much collaboration between offices and departments.
