Pros

Great place to start out and learn about the industry and process from start to finish. . . if you're trained by someone who knows what they're doing. This is a good place to get toughened up and see wether or not this industry is meant for you.

Cons

They keep gaining new business and hiring more execs and creatives, but ignore replacing employees that have left the company, resulting in straining resources to the MAX. If you wear a suit, you don't roll up your sleeves.

Pros

Get to work with big clients at exhibitions.

Cons

GPJ sells it's self as a global agency, it does not act like one. Integration and leverage across the network is pretty much non existent. GPJ is an oversized, lumbering regionalised company that delivers highly priced exhibition stands and expo printing. The culture and the overall attitude, fighting political slur, self preservation over team and staff development. Tiring to deal with Sr management 'sports car' egos, disorganisation, head cuts, budget cuts, departmental cuts whilst demanding more time and output from all. Lip service, old corp culture of back stabbing, lack of staff and snr management support. Day to day feels as if the top earners are coasting to conserve their ill performing roles and more focussed on 'pr politics' than 'progression and morall'. False smiles and ulterior motives too prevalent. One of the most overtly disharmonious environments to work at, not a place to build a career.
