When the work is busy, it is great. The ride gets out of your control when you have to wait for creatives to get the art approved by the clients…Regardless of the date due.

Cons

You are at the mercy of the client. Like other agencies, they absolutely come first. Your down time only occurs when you are not working on any major projects.
