Working at George P Johnson (GPJ) India has been an incredible experience. The company offers excellent opportunities for global collaboration, allowing employees to work with teams worldwide. The vibrant work culture and amazing colleagues make every day enjoyable. The well-designed office space boosts productivity(and what a great location to work considering the CBD area) GPJ India is the perfect place for professional growth in an inspiring environment. Highly recommended!

Bad communication, non existent collaboration between departments & zero on boarding process

Good clients, nice people, if you are actually introduced to them

Cons

No onboarding process, I ended up introducing myself to departments who I was supposed to be working with. Very little contact with other departments. Line manage had no knowledge of the client I was assigned to, and I hardly saw them due to their own workload.
