Management has regular townhalls meetings with its employees to explain the state of the company and the management vision. There are no dislikes, GPJ is a unique company unlike any other event/ experiential management company. Being a global leader in experience marketing there are certain processes that needs to be followed to streamline the workflow, it is as per the global standards and mostly it is to adhere to the clients requirement. These processes help in having a tight control over end to end management of an event and rarely things go off track when followed correctly.
