Pros

They advertise unlimited vacation at the office. You most likely will never be able to take one based on the work load.

Cons

If you are looking to have a work/life balance or any time for yourself including sleep DO NOT WORK HERE. Long hours & unmanageable expectations. Unorganized chaos and poor communication in office. Egos run high.

Pros

You get to work on some cool projects ... and the job might look good on the resume you will start working on after your third week on the job.

Cons

The leadership sucks and communication is horrible. Nobody talks to each other and nobody leads. The culture in the San Carlos office is terrible. I have worked in the office for 5 months and I still don't know some people's names. Very unfriendly and not excited to go to work everyday.

Pros

They get 2 stars because nearly everyone they hire is at the top of their game, from designers to research to sales. Opportunity to work with world-class enterprises with deep pockets. Pay scale is fair. Some employees may like working in a top down organization. But be forewarned: the folks at the top of the pyramid are as slimy as snakes.

Cons

Upper management speaks to different people out of different sides of their mouths. They have NO loyalty to their employees. The place is like a revolving door. They lie: to vendors, employees and clients. The rules and regs in their employee "handbook" are arcane and capriciously enforced.
