Pros

They have many clients and keep you busy. Competitive pay. Good client list and lots of travel. Many of the clients have been with them for years.

Cons

Lots of turnover and upper management are cliquey so you have to figure out how to navigate it or else find yourself looking for another job. Hence the high turnover.

Pros

Smart, hardworking team that supports and encourages each other. I feel inspired, engaged and supported by my team and managers. I've always enjoyed working here but over the past few years there has been many positive changes which truly makes this company better than ever. Challenging projects, new clients, flexible work schedules, FTO, online training platform, social activities, dog friendly, cold brew coffee and lots of food! parking is easy and free. Our GM knows our names, says hello on a regular basis and asks us how our projects are going. It's obvious she cares and knows our roles inside out. Feel the same way about the team managers. Opportunity to work (and travel) on variety of events nationwide, meet coworkers from other offices and strengthen those relationships.

Cons

Hectic busy season with travel is taxing and stressful. Not enough opportunities to earn bonuses throughout the year. Apartment prices keep going up in Austin - would be nice to have a cost of living salary increase.
