Pros

- FTO and ESOP sound good on paper - Great healthcare benefits - The work can be interesting sometimes - A lot of great people that help you get through hard days - Hopefully a good list of clients to make your resume look good

Cons

- Very poor management leading to lots of burnout - Some terrible people at higher levels ruin the whole GPJ experience - Massive lack of hiring and proactive growth strategy - Hustle culture that squeezes everything out of people - No energy to live a life outside of work.

Pros

There are some great people who pitch in to help each other succeed. Casual office environment, good benefits, flexible office hours and unlimited fto (which you really can’t use most of the time due to workloads as others said)

Cons

The work here has taken a bad turn. More of an accounting job than events job. Management completely focused on employees doing client finance work at the compromise of delivering successful events. Most of this work could be automated but due to completely outdated tools and processes be prepared to spend most of your days in excel spreadsheets. Management very out of touch. Pay below industry standard. The culture used to offset that but no longer does.

Pros

Competitive pay, good benefits & opportunity to travel. If given the chance and with the right person there is a lot to learn from a lot of hard working people.

Cons

Absolutely worst experience of my 6 year career. Brought on as a second AE and the individual who was in the same role as me was completely self absorbed and unwilling to teach or help in anyway, which would normally not be a problem until Management leaves you with them everyday to “train” and has zero answers for the problems because they are retiring soon. Certain HR individuals acted completely unethically and the politics were not worth the stress or BS, but besides a few of the arrogant, insecure and rude individuals, I met a lot of wonderful people who I still keep in touch with to this day.
