Really wonderful people throughout corporate Reasonable pay and the benefits are pretty good Very family-oriented and good work-life balance, if you choose

Cons

They've got some odd rules about stuff you can have in your work area There's no good source of information about your benefits. No employee handbook that summarizes and describes them. They're not terribly realistic about their technology goals

Cons

Turnover is a struggle, but this day in age it is difficult everywhere.
