Pros

Jesuit ethos is personally motivating.

Cons

Not much room for growth or career promotion. Pay is not as good as other universities; they use the prestige card to get away with it. Parking is very expensive and there aren't many public transit options.

Pros

If you dont have much experience, and just graduated from undergrad in a related medical field this jobs for you. Easy work. Hybrid schedule. Employer contributes 5% after a year of employment to retirement fund.

Cons

boring data entry, no growth opportunities, management micromanages, required to maintain a log of time on what "tasks" you worked on. The director for this area is really tough/difficult for no reason. Salary is ~20 an hr.

Pros

-Excellent remote job with flexibility -Good at reimbursements (university credit card and personal) - much better than other universities I've worked for -Great education benefits - many members of my team got Master's degrees while working here

Cons

-Not many opportunities to move up -Lower compensation but better than other universities I've worked for -Some processes take time - large bureaucracy can limit responsive and timely work
