Pros

The management philosophy is excellent for innovative, collaborative individuals.

Cons

The practice of the principles of the company diminish extensively at the mill level. It is a good-ole-boy system.

Pros

Senior managers are knowledgeable and good people

Cons

Terrible new management, over-work employees, turnover at an all time high, no opportunity for growth, poor management coming from the top, no work/life balance be prepared to be there 6 days out of the week 12 hours and no family time. Salary employees are expected to work 60+ hours a week and don’t get any compensation. Disappointing first job out of college. You will be over worked and put to work as shift work with rotating nights. Stay away!
