      Pros

      Diverse roles and days vary a lot. Good hands on experience. Room for trying new positions in the company. Not tied down to a desk and can go out and see the physical process!

      Cons

      Mills do not exhibit diversity with the demographic being primarily white men. May be moved to a new position based on need and refusal upon the request stifles growth which may effect someone who likes the current role they applied for.
