      Pros

      I'm new to the family and have been treated with respect. I love the fact we bowed our head for a quick prayer, and stood and pledged allegiance to the flag of the United States of America. That made me proud to be an employee

      Cons

      the only con I have is the location I'm at I cannot be at home with my family it's to far to drive. not sure if I will ever get to a spot I can be home because it is called a popular spot. Didn't see all benefit prices until after I was hired

      Company is becoming too political in their decision making, taking away some perks for employees that could change the culture in the future.

      Pros

      Everyone always has safety in mind. They are family oriented. Training is provided and all that is needed is a positive attitude.

      Cons

      Pay is good but you always work away from home. The company tries to regionalize the crews but most of the time you will be at least 2 hours from home.
