      Pros

      Great benefits Above average salary Great opportunities Great management Telecommute option Great at communicating changes Flexible for the most part except when there's outages but that's to be expected. It's THE power company duh!!!

      Cons

      More overtime than I'm used to. Some weeks I have an hour each day some may say that's ok but I really hate overtime. 8 hours is more than enough time on the phone. The customers can be a big much at time. Thick skin is a must.
