      Pros

      Everyone always has safety in mind. They are family oriented. Training is provided and all that is needed is a positive attitude.

      Cons

      Pay is good but you always work away from home. The company tries to regionalize the crews but most of the time you will be at least 2 hours from home.

      Pros

      This is a great company to grow with. Opportunities to move around the business and gain a broad understanding of the overall business strategy, becoming a well rounded employee.

      Cons

      It's a company filled with extremely talented folks, which is a wonderful problem. Competition for positions is tough. The selection process is a bit fickle.
