      Pros

      The benefit pkg is great, co workers and general labor force are great, training programs are very thorough and in the best interest of the employee.

      Cons

      A lot of management positions are developmental roles, they tend to bring in young engineers with little work experience and minimal people/ leadership skills resulting in a unsatisfied team environment.

      Great work / life balance. You will have time to time to spend time with family, and the company as a whole buys into this balance.

      Cons

      Can sometimes be hard for advancement. Need to have meeting with people way in advance if you are interested in a position in the group. Also, if someone is happy in a department you may be waiting awhile for a position to open up.
