decent paycheck, benefits are decent, teleworking, close to home.

Cons

minimal advancement opportunities unless you are a minority, even more minimal if you have been here too long and your pay is more than another departments wants to pay to want you, very political environment within company, tries to consolidate departments with fewer people and expect better results. superiors are not people persons at all, it is all numbers.

No consistent in Management, Good old boy system no room for growth if you are a minority. Every manager has their own rules and favorites. If you are not a favorite or a golden child then your life is hell at ga power. To many cover ups and to many incidents not being handled properly.
