      The benefits are good, Company provides stability and has good training, and gives you the resources you need.

      Cons

      woke company so prioritizes its political agenda above competency. Not a great place for white males and not very open to disagreement/discussion over executive leadership decisions. Head down, mouth shut, do what you are told and things will mostly be fine if you can operate that way.
