      Pros

      Interesting work for an engineer. Get to be involved in a variety of projects and technologies. Good pay.

      Cons

      Diversity has taken over the whole company. Race and gender ARE used in hiring and promotion decisions. It's obvious. Management doesn't even try to hide it. Discouraging for old, white males.
