      No real leadership present, was always having to ask other co-workers about projects and didn't have someone overseeing the projects.

      Pros

      Compensation and benefits are excellent for a family. Lifestyle is enjoyable, with a change of pace and scenery daily. Different work schedules available depending on office. Serious injuries are paid full salary during the first six months, then switch to workers comp pay, STD, and LTD.

      Cons

      Call outs and late shifts can be too much depending on office. After being injured at work, you become a number.
