Pros

I was privileged to work at a location with knowledgeable technicians and other estimator that took pride in their work.

Cons

The pay when I was employed their was mediocre at best. Upper management had no experience in the shop which lead to unrealistic expectations (Other areas may have had better leaders).

Pros

Benefits are ok I guess

Cons

I have no been here long at all and all I can say is this is a toxic work environment. Have not finished my “training modules” due to being thrown into work within my second day here. Had to take on 31 files not only from my own vehicles but the previous estimator who was also let go for similar issues management claims they’re now having with me. I’ve reached out to HR multiple times, I’ve been written up multiple times even though I’ve asked for designated time periods to fulfill my work, and I’m being bossed around by coworkers who are under me. I’ve attempted to bring up the hostile work environment the coworker and management has created and nothing is being done. And I’m not the only person having issues with them.. Coworkers are yelling and cussing at each other in front of customers. When I’m with a customer I’m being talked over by other coworkers who won’t do their own work. When I’m in mandatory meetings I’m being emailed or called by the same rep who is aware I’m in a mandatory meeting. I’m pulled away from reviewing vehicles with the tech by the same rep. There’s even a group work chat where I’m being sent messages from the rep and management asking me to do 20 things on multiple files at once. I’m asked to drop what I’m doing because the rep says they’re not “trained” to handle the role they were hired to do.. spoke to management about these issues and I was written up the next day for not fulfilling other duties. I need this job, and I know I can do this job as I’ve succeeded in previous roles but it is not worth it when I haven’t received the support I need..
