Flexible work schedule for Moms. Great for anyone living in the Fremont area who doesn't want to work in the plant.

Cons

capped bonuses a bit sexist lack of upward mobility nepotism and cronyism runs throughout the company.

Excellent training, friendly coworkers, amazing remote training process, pension, 401k, good insurance, flexible scheduling, responsive supervisors, treat employees as well as their customers, just truly nice people

Cons

Sometimes training can be a bit taxing as everyone has different abilities, The pay is low for the field, but since they are now owned by a financial company it appears that will be changing.
