Since the vc bought Gerber the fire sale has started. New management wants no capex spending only open spending on outsourcing.

Cons

The focus has been shifted to outsourcing as many functions as possible.

Minimal budget and resources for over-ambitious projects. Owned by Venture Capitalists, new ownership every 5 years. Frequent restructuring.

-Must be willing to spend a decent amount of time during the week on the road/in hotels -Job stability is tied to current economic conditions moreso than in other industries
