Cons
Many difficult people to work with, especially in upper management. Management is scrambling around asking for last minute updates over weekends and at 3am despite actively getting in the way from lower level employees from doing their jobs (they don’t understand software, and don’t provide much guidance on random feature requests that they seem to draw from a hat. No prioritization or user research). Such an old school, ego driven way of micromanaging employees to the point of indifference. So disorganized, terrible legacy code base. Private equity company is cutting budgets and fluffing up with new features but won’t fund research and development, design, or take the time to fix the messy code base that prevents even small improvements from being made in a timely fashion.
