commute was easy.set hours and job duties.

Pros

Hours are sometimes long, but the ability to take time off as needed for personal priorities is great. Employees seem to really care, and management (assuming you have a good working relationship) are excellent at mentoring and looking out for your needs.

Cons

The main problem seems to be with upper management. The bottom line sometimes is the most important thing, which is a shift away from how things used to be. New owners seem less concerned about the people who drive the company forward and overly concerned with numbers on paper.
