Pros

Pay was good. That’s the only thing I can say about this horrid company

Cons

The company needs a full update on how to treat there employees. From upper management on down. Managers are very disrespectful and rude. Instead of coaching and giving feedback, they love to call a representative out during huddles. Team leads don’t know how to be team leads. They don’t have scripts on how to handle when system goes down and etc. they literally just came up with a script whenever the caller began to get hostile with a representative!!! When you system goes down or something is not working, give you 1000 work arounds!!! This job was the worst job I EVER work for!!! This job shows favoritism towards certain employees. Also, doesn’t give you the option to choose from scheduling…even though they throw that pitch to you during your interview!!! The trainer during my orientation was rude!!! Trainer was tooo buddy buddy with certain members!!! Beware working for this crap of a company!!! Also HR!!! There entire HR department is a joke

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. You bring up a really interesting point, actually. Your hostile caller script is semi-accurate; that script has been in use now for about 6-8 months. What is great about this script development is this: understandably, tensions have been very high these past couple of years due to COVID. Health insurance has been more important than ever before, so there are definitely some instances where folks calling in for help would be frustrated. The call script you mentioned was built based on the suggestion/feedback from the team, and is a great testament to how we 1) consider all employee feedback and 2) operate a nimble team that can adjust to consumers' needs as they arise. As for scheduling, we hire based off business need. One of the questions that every interviewer asks each candidate is if they would be able to work during our hours of operation. If a candidate expresses that they are unable to work a certain shift or time, it is written down on their interview sheet and used for consideration when developing their schedule. We do keep an open door policy, so we do hope you took the time to discuss your concerns with your manager. All the best to you in the future.
