We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t enjoy your time at GetInsured. Our people are what make our company great and we value each and every employee. Many of our agents have been with us for a long time and we attribute that to the benefits and compensation we provide, as well as the rewarding work they do. Because our agents are the “frontline” of our consumer business, we make a significant investment in them and their training. In fact, our training exceeds industry standards. We license both our permanent and seasonal agents in more than 20 states. Our corporate culture is one of hard, yet reward, work and honesty, integrity and meeting the highest compliance standards are firmly embedded in everything we do.

We’re happy to hear that you appreciated the perks of working in our office. The perks and benefits do go far beyond drinks and snacks, such as medical and dental coverage, 401k matching and educational reimbursements — but free snacks are certainly great! The work that we do at GetInsured — powering platforms that help millions of Americans gain access to affordable health insurance — is very important work. We do recognize that it can be heavy at times prior to releases, or a new program launch, but we also feel that would be true of many technology companies. Our HR and executive teams are constantly working hard to find new initiatives that continue to foster work / life balance, but also employee health and team interaction. We are part of a culture that appreciates and is driven by hard work, but we also appreciate some play time as well.
