      While I found helping people with their health insurance needs fulfilling, I encountered significant challenges with the company's structure and management. The call center lacks clear direction and structure, which has impacted the overall work environment. Senior management frequently makes decisions lacking strategic consideration, affecting both the employees and the company's effectiveness. Additionally, the treatment of employees has often been inconsistent and unfair.
